Grindr hookups come in all shapes and sizes, and sometimes involve weird stories. And while sex without a condom can be a real issue, is it reason enough to call the cops – when it was apparently consensual?
That’s what happened to this guy on Reddit, who had a second hookup with a guy from Grindr, and after he ejaculated – inside the guy – the cops arrived.
“A guy hit me up last night”, he writes, “saying he wanted to get fucked by me again (we had our first sex about 50 days ago – with condoms). I agreed and he came over soon.”
And that’s where things got complicated and strange.
“We made out for a little bit and then he started to blow me. Then he bent over and I started to fuck him.
I’ve been on PrEP for almost 50 days so from last week I didn’t use condoms unless my partner suggested it. We didn’t discuss using condoms and he didn’t ask me to wear one. During the whole process, he kept telling me how good I made him feel.
After about 10-12 minutes, I asked him where he wants me to cum. He first said “anywhere you want” then said “on my back”. After a little while, he was tired and turned around so I fucked him face to face.
This should have been another chance for him to notice that I didn’t wear a condom. He seemed to like this position better so he moaned even louder.
He said he would do anything for me, so I asked him “where do you want me to cum?” This time he answered “anywhere you want sir”.
After a few minutes, I was close… I shouted that I’m cumming and came inside him. I did this because the last time I asked him where he want me to cum he told me anywhere I want, and also because I warned him twice that I’m about to cum.
Following that, he didn’t say anything or look angry. I told him that he can use the bathroom and handed him the wipes. He then asked to borrow 60 cents for the bus – and left.
At 5am, the police officers dropped by my apartment. One officer detained my roommate and I for about one hour while the other officer went back to get the search warrant.
The officers took away my comfort, bed sheet, and wipes and papers from the trashcan in my bedroom. Another police officer called me at noon asking whether I can come to their department and talk about the incident. I said I don’t know what to talk about, this is a consensual sex between two adults (the other guy is 22).
I don’t think they could make a valid rape case. He actually eagerly contacted me many times between our first sex and the sex yesterday. The only thing might be “Criminal transmission of human immunodeficiency virus”. It’s class B felony, but I’m HIV negative. I think they are waiting for the test result now.”
