It’s the stuff our dreams are made of – the two Canadian singer-songwriters being fond of each other, and maybe then… well, no, but it turns out Shawn Mendes does do CERTAIN things to Justin Bieber.
Bieber took to Twitter, where he has more than 88 Million followers, to congratulate Mendes on his new album, and explain that the 18-year-old singer… makes him smile:

The ongoing relationship between the two handsome boys has known its ups and downs. Last year, in an interview, Bieber claimed not to know who Mendes is – but he later Twitted a sort-of apology:

Mendes then did his part, and posted a cover of Bieber’s song “What Do You Mean?” –
