Back in November, we wrote about Jonathan Groff’s on stage interview, where he discussed “the most intense sex scene I’ve ever done” for the finale of HBO’s “Looking“. Now there’s finally a video of that interview – and we get some more juicy details.
Groff was interviewed by Kevin Sessums at the Curran theater in San Francisco, a short while after filming the finale to HBO’s series about a group of (mostly) gay men living in SF. “There’s a lot of sex”, he said, “I don’t want to say who it was with, but I just shot the most intense sex scene I’ve ever done.”
And now we know what was IN that scene – and it’s rimming. “I don’t want to say what was happening… but it was pretty intense.”
Groff also discusses the contribution of the show to our sex ed:
After the first season, a lot of people – shockingly, liberal, open artists in New York and L.A. – said they didn’t know that gay people could have sex while facing each other.
I felt excited to do it because I felt like we were gonna be illuminating something not a lot of people see. And some people thought there was too much sex in the show… But I feel really good about it.
Too much sex with Jonathan Groff? You won’t hear any complaints from us.
